If you sign in using Google, we may receive basic profile information from Google, such as your name and email address, to create or access your member portal account.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

• Create and manage your member account

• Allow you to sign in securely

• Provide access to lessons, pathways, documents, announcements, and events

• Send password reset, account confirmation, or portal-related emails

• Help church administrators manage member engagement and portal content

• Improve the member portal experience

We do not sell your personal information.
Google Sign-In
If you use Google Sign-In, we only use the information provided by Google to authenticate you and connect you to your Victory Outreach Boston Member Portal account.
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide and secure the member portal.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to operate the portal, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database, and storage

• Brevo for transactional emails such as password resets

• Google for Google Sign-In

• YouTube for live stream or video links

• FellowshipOne Giving or another giving provider for online donations

When you click a giving link or YouTube link, you may be taken to a third-party website. Their privacy policies apply to those services.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect member information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
We keep account information as long as needed to provide portal access, manage church membership activity, comply with legal obligations, or support church operations.
Your Choices
You may request to update or delete your account information by contacting Victory Outreach Boston.
Children’s Privacy
The portal is intended for church members and authorized users. It is not intended to knowingly collect information from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
